Is entertainment provided?

Our entertainment team will be in place approximately from June to early September, and will provide activities, tournaments, entertainment for adults and children, as well as evening shows and dance

Is there Wi-Fi on the campsite? Is there a charge?

Yes there is and it is free of charge.

Do you have a laundry service?

Inside the camping village there is one laundry point with coin-operated washing machines and dryers. Detergent is not included and can be bought in our supermarket.

Do you have a supermarket in the camping village?

Yes, there is a supermarket inside the camping village.

How do the beach services work?

The beach coupon is delivered by the reception during check-in and must be presented to the bathing establishment in order to get the service.

Is entry to the swimming pool free of charge?

Entrance to the water park is always included in the price. Sun umbrellas and sun beds can only be rented directly at the water park and upon availability.

Do you provide gluten-free /lactose-free and vegetarian products?

Menu variations can be made. Please inform us of any type of variations, intolerance and/or allergy upon arrival. Our kitchen is not certified for coeliac disease.

Can dogs swim in the sea?

Dogs are allowed to swim on the free beach from 7.30 to 9.00 a.m. and from 6.30 to 8.00 p.m.

How is the camping village connected to the town?

The Stork Family Camping Village is about 6 km far from the town centre of Roseto degli Abruzzi, which can be reached by bicycle through a cycle path from 2019 or by car. During the day it is also reachable by public transport. The town of Giulianova, on the other hand, is about 2.5 km away and can be reached by bicycle, car and, during the day, by public transport.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept cash (amount not exceeding the legal limits), debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, CartaSì).

When can I check in/check out of the bungalow?

The reception is open 24 hours a day. The delivery of the accommodation keys is guaranteed from 5 pm. If you arrive before the accommodation is ready you can use all the services of the camping village (swimming pool, beach, restaurant). Check-out requires that accommodation keys must be returned no later than 10.00 a.m. Please inform us in advance in case your expected arrival is after 9.00 pm

When can I check in/check out of the pitch?

Check-in is available from 8 am. The pitch is available from 12 noon. If the pitch is free before 12 noon, the staff will guide you. Check-out: the pitch must be vacated no later than 12 noon.

Is there any accommodation with disabled access?

Barrier-free accommodations are available in the village, both mobile homes and masonry bungalow. Check availability by contacting the Camping Village directly.

Is it possible to choose the number of the accommodation?

No, it is not possible.

Are sheets and towels included?

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. You can rent them at the camping-village or at the time of booking.

How does cleaning service work?

The accommodation is delivered clean and sanitised on the day of arrival. Upon departure you will be asked to leave it in order as it was found. You can add the final cleaning service at any time, but it is a paid service.
